Wanted to say a massive thank you to you for the hypnobirthing classes. I delivered a baby boy today morning under 3.5 hours without any painkillers. I was 7cm dilated when I reached the hospital and delivered him within 1.5 hours after reaching here today. The breathing techniques, positive visualisations and whole understanding around release of hormones helped me during labour… I stayed calm throughout and was in complete control of my labour – leaving it all to my body. Like you taught me in the class – my body is designed to deliver a baby and it knows what to do 😊 

My husband and I are so pleased we did the course and can’t recommend it enough for all the expecting parents to be!
